OpenInput is operated by Sakshi Bansal, based in India. For the personal data described in this notice, Sakshi Bansal is the data controller — meaning we decide how and why your data is processed. Contact: casakshibansal23@gmail.com.

• Account data: your email address, name (if you sign in with Google), and login credentials;
• Content you create: your prompts, animation settings, and saved animations;
• Usage data: how you interact with the app, credit transactions, and support messages you send us;
• Technical data: device and browser type, IP address, and similar identifiers.

Payment details (card numbers, billing address) are collected and processed directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — we never see or store your card details.

• To create and manage your account and provide the service (contract performance);
• To process your AI requests and deliver your animations (contract performance);
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests);
• To improve the product and understand how it's used (legitimate interests);
• To respond to your support requests (legitimate interests);
• To meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).

• Service providers: hosting, database, and AI infrastructure providers that help us run OpenInput;
• Paddle: our Merchant of Record, which processes sales, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing;
• Professional advisers: legal and accounting advisers where needed;
• Authorities: where we are required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our service providers process data outside India. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections with those providers.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Transaction records may be kept longer where tax and accounting laws require.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email casakshibansal23@gmail.com. We aim to respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls that limit who can see your information.
