OpenInput is operated by Sakshi Bansal ("we", "us", "the seller"), based in India. When you use OpenInput or buy credits, you are contracting with Sakshi Bansal. You can reach us at casakshibansal23@gmail.com.

OpenInput turns your ideas into short, code-driven animations (5–10 seconds) for reels and videos. You can pick from our in-house templates, ask our AI to design or change an animation, edit it manually, and export it as a video file.

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use OpenInput on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

New accounts receive free credits. Additional credits are sold in one-time packs; credits never expire. Each AI request consumes credits as shown in the app; manual editing and video downloads are free. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your available credits.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes where required.

You must not misuse the service. That includes:

• Any unlawful use, fraud, or spam;
• Infringing intellectual property rights, or uploading content you don't have the rights to;
• Creating illegal content, deepfakes of real people without consent, hate speech, or malware;
• Attempting to probe, scrape, or interfere with the security or operation of the service;
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service, or circumventing credit limits and other technical restrictions.

You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the animations you create, for verifying they are suitable for your purpose, and for having the rights to any content you input. AI outputs may be inaccurate or imperfect and are not suitable as professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise) without your own review.

You own the animations you generate and export. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service. If you believe content on OpenInput infringes your rights, contact us at casakshibansal23@gmail.com and we will review and remove it where appropriate. Repeated infringement may lead to account termination. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We retain all ownership of the service itself — the software, templates, documentation, and branding. These terms do not transfer any of that to you.

We work hard to keep OpenInput available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, your saved animations may be deleted; export anything you want to keep beforehand.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Kolkata, India. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
