Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a credit pack you purchased on OpenInput, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, as long as the credits from that pack are unused.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at casakshibansal23@gmail.com and we'll help you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Because AI generation has a real cost to us, credits that have already been spent on AI requests can't be refunded. If only part of a pack is used, contact us and we'll work out a fair partial refund for the unused portion.

The free credits granted to new accounts have no cash value and are not refundable.

If a payment went through but your credits didn't arrive, or you were charged twice, email casakshibansal23@gmail.com and we'll fix it — usually by crediting your account or refunding the duplicate charge.
